What is the minimum order quantity?
You can have your bags and boxes customised from as few as 50 items, using an exceptional printing technique: screen printing.
What sort of image should we send you?
A file that must be in vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg), consisting of geometric shapes that can be scaled up without any loss of quality — guaranteeing the highest possible print quality.
How do you choose the right colours?
Screen printing produces precise Pantone colours. Be careful with very bright or very dark shades on brown kraft paper, and ensure there is sufficient contrast in solid areas to avoid a ‘torn’ effect.
What print sizes should be used?
The maximum print area is automatically defined according to the product (up to 29 × 29 cm on large bags), with a safety margin of 3 cm from the edges. Bags are printed on both sides, whilst boxes are printed on the outside of the lid only.
Single-sided or double-sided?
Paper and reusable bags can be printed on both sides, with the same design. For other products, printing is on the front only.
What is the delivery time?
Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date the proof is approved by the Comptoir team. The final delivery date will be confirmed once the proof has been approved.
