What is the minimum order quantity?
Personalizing your bags and boxes is possible from just 50 units, with exceptional print quality: screen printing.
What artwork should you send us?
A mandatory vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg), made up of geometric shapes that can be enlarged without any loss of quality — the guarantee of maximum printing precision.
How do you choose the right colors?
Screen printing uses precise Pantone colors. Be careful with very bright or very dark shades on brown kraft paper, and make sure there is enough contrast in solid areas to avoid a “torn” effect.
What print sizes should be followed?
The maximum print area is automatically determined according to the product (up to 29 × 29 cm on large bags), with a safety margin of 3 cm from the edges. Bags are printed on 2 sides, boxes only on the outer side of the lid.
Front only or front/back?
Paper and reusable bags can be printed on both sides, with the same design. For other products, printing is on the front only.
What is the delivery time?
Allow approximately 4 weeks after approval of the BAT (Bon à Tirer / proof), sent by the Comptoir team. The final lead time is confirmed upon this approval.
